when trial ends...

Hello

we like this app, when trial ends our company wants to continue ... how is the procedure to activate Tsheets elite account ?

Good morning, @ECOstavby OK! Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community. I'm so happy you enjoyed the TSheets app and are ready to activate your account. 

 

When you're ready to activate, log in to tsheets.com with the same login information that you use in the app. Once logged in, go to Company Settings on the left menu and then the Account & Billing tab. This is where you'll be able to enter your credit card information. (Note: This will only be visible if you are the admin of the account).

 1.

look on my prt sc´s, I don´t have in Company settings this "Billing windows", I am admin. Do you have any idea why? 

But, when I clicked on Trial account Activate now(red elipse) than opened Billing & subscription window. I suppouse, it is the same. Is it only Tsheets premioum possibility to pay. But we want to Elite(full version)....?

 

2.

then, I have second question: we are contruction company and we have for example: In January 20 employees, in february we will have 50. How is payment procedure in this case, when number of emploees changing during the time is going on.

Good morning, @ECOstavby OK.

 

Sounds like you may have multiple accounts! If you are not seeing the Billing section within the account you are activating, I would ensure you are logged in as Admin, in the correct account. If you initiated this trial from the QuickBooks Online App store, you will want to upgrade from there.  You can also reach out to your sales rep for assistance, they'll be happy to help you with this. 

 

Our billing is a subscription service; charged per user, per month.  You will only be charged for team members if they are active within your TSheets user list.  This allows for the freedom for your team to fluctuate monthly, even daily! Just make sure any users not using TSheets are marked inactive before your billing date, and you won't be charged for them.

Hi Jess,

thanks for the explanation & yes, you are right, for the first time I had an account on my business e-mail ([email address removed]). But something broke and suddenly one day I was not able to sing (log in) to my account. Even generated verification code didn't resolve this issue. So I created a new account on my private e-mail ([email address removed]). Everything is now fine in this new account. Is it possible for you(or ask admin pls) to remove everything about my first account from your system and leave only my new account there? Our company ECOstavby OK wants to continue with this account and after the TRAIL ends we wants to continue with the Elite version.

That's good to hear that you're able to sign up with a new account in TSheets. However, since in the community, we have limited access to your account. The best way to do this is to reach out to our TSheets care team. This way, one of the representatives can pull up your account in a secure session and able to help make the other account inactive.
