Welcome and thanks for sharing your first concern in the Community, @Presto_0016. You can create a journal entry to record the withdrawal you've made to your personal account. 

Then, Decide how you want to reimburse the money. You can either record the reimbursement as a check or as an expense. Here's how: 

1. Go to the + New menu, then select Expense/Check. 
2. Select a bank account to use to reimburse the personal funds.
3. In the category column, select partner's equity or owner's equity.
4. Enter the amount of the reimbursement.
5. Select Save and close.

To record the funds you transferred from Amazon to Payoneer account, you can follow the steps to transfer funds between accounts. It also includes steps to match a transfer in your imported bank transactions.
