Join nowI have my employees set up in the cloud to send invites for them to sign up to review their pay stubs and W-2's. I have 2 employees that are not listed. They are active in my Quickboosk payroll and they have correct email addresses. When I search all or search by name at the cloud they cannot be found.
I have a couple of steps we can perform to isolate this issue, @Pam.
Let’s go to your Employees menu and check for special characters in your employees' names. Hyphens are the only special character allowed.
Ensure to remove any special characters, including spaces entered before their first, middle, or last name. Go back to the invite page and see if your employees' name appears. If not, toggle the status of the missing employees to inactive and change it back to active. Here’s how:
Go back to the invite page and check if your employees' names will show in the list then invite them to workforce.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support team. This way, you’ll be added to the list of affected users and be notified via email of any updates. Rest assured our engineering team is looking for ways to resolve this as soon as possible.
You might also want to check this link for the details steps in case you need to print W-2 and W-3 forms for your employees.
If you have other concerns in regards to your payroll, you can always tag me in your reply. I’m always around to help you out. Keep safe.
Hopefully this went to other Pam's as I did not ask this question.
