Hi there, @Sharon247,
Thanks for visiting the Community. I can see the urgency to get all the information you need in just one report.
At the moment, you can only pull up multiple reports to get all the information that you need and manually enter them in an Excel.
You can go to the Employee Center, then double-click the name of the employee to get your employee's personal information. There you'll see their first and last name, DOB, date of hire, termination or rehire date if applicable.
You also want to pull up the Payroll Summary report to get the annual hours worked, annual gross compensation.
While the annual 401K deferrals, annual Roth contributions, and annual employer matching contributions can be obtained in the Deferred Compensation Report (for 401(k) & more).
I'd also recommend visiting the QuickBooks firm of the future to learn more about what's new in QuickBooks.
