800 customer service sucks. Called customer service support team for a whole week and couldn't get one single supervisor to help.
Closed my case without directly explaining to me or solving my issue. So I called customer service support team for a whole week and asked to speak to supervisor directly for reopening my cases and explanation/update and true care on my account. But couldn't get one single supervisor to talk to . They intentional ignore customer's request and needs.
I have all of our business data on QB but they could not get my report correctly and even refuse to provide the service as they promise. Is this how QB service client?
I need to talk to whoever in charge but not 800 number customer team. Since I've called them a whole week and no supervisor is truly caring and call back as I requested. (Their regular customer rep couldn't do anything because they have no way to get hold of them, beside waiting...) I'm literally done with waiting them a whole week...
