I want to make sure that your issue with declined credit card payment gets resolved so that you're able to get back to running your business.
There are a few possible reasons why a credit card payment might be declined:
- Invalid account number
- Expired credit card
- Overlimit or past due
- General decline, no other information provided by processor
- The issuing bank will not electronically authorize the credit card
- The Billing Address in QuickBooks Online does not match the address on your statement
If you think non of the above-mentioned is applicable to you, please contact your credit card issuer for the exact reason.
