A/R Aging Summary report

We are having a problem with the A/R Aging Summary report. There are 21 jobs under the an old customer that were closed back in 2018, we received payment in full for those jobs the report is showing those payments.  I did an audit report and it shows it was last modified by Admin on 5/25/22 late in the evening when were doing a verify & rebuild. I have ran file doctor and did another verify & rebuild and these jobs are still showing.

It sounds like your company file have some data damage based on your scenario. Since you already tried the possible solutions to get rid of this issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support. They have the tools to pull up your account and submit a ticket for investigation.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.

A/R Aging Summary report

I did that today. My next option was to send the company file to Quickbooks for repair which will take 5-10 business days....which we cannot do.
