You can export the Customer Balance Detail and A/R Aging Detail reports to excel and combined them from there as a workaround. Refer to the steps below.
If you're using QuickBooks Online:
- If you're using QuickBooks Online:
- Go to the Reports tab.
- Proceed to the Who owes you section and look for the Customer Balance Detail report.
- Click the report to open.
- Tick the Export icon to export the report to excel.
- Once done, follow steps 1-4 to export the Accounts Receivable Aging Detail report.
- When the reports are exported, edit the spreadsheet to get the data you need.

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop:
- Navigate to the Reports menu.
- Hover over Customers & Receivables and choose Customer Balance Detail.
- Click the report to open.
- Select the Excel drop-down arrow and pick Create New Worksheet.
- Then, follow again the step 1-4 to export the A/R Aging Detail report.
- Once exported, edit the spreadsheet to get the data you need.
