Account Statement Report

Thanks for letting us know the reports you tried and what you exactly need to include in it. 

The best report would be to use the Transaction Detail report that you're currently checking into. However, I do understand how using the check register would be more beneficial for you and your business. If you'd like, I can submit product feedback to our developer team so this could be consider in a future update.

Thanks, how do I include the banking balance in the report? Daily, weekly or monthly balance? 

I'll help you show your banking balance report in QuickBooks Desktop, @LesHodge1.

The option to view the banking balance in the Transaction Detail report isn't available at the moment. However, we can run a QuickReport for this bank account to see all transactions that was created under this account.

Here's how: 

1. Go List and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Search the bank account and right-click it.
3. Choose QuickReport.

In addition, you can customize your Transaction Detail report to easily view the transactions you wanted to see.
