One of my clients has given me accountants access for QB online. While I am able to access everything I need, for some reason I cannot fully customize any reports. I am used to seeing many options for customization including filters by client, number format, previous period comparison, etc., however these options are not available. I can only add/delete/reorder report columns. How can I get the full report customization capability? Thanks.

Access rights do not affect the customization of the report in QBO. It could be that the client is using Simple Start since this version offers basic customization. The higher plans, such as Essentials and Plus, let you customize the report further.
You can try checking the version of the client's account by following these steps:
Click on the Gear icon.
Choose Account and Settings.
Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
Review the version in the Plan details section.
