First, I suggest going to the client's "Manage User" and make sure that you're being added as an Accountant and not in both admin user and accountant. To do this, you'll have to go to the Gear icon.

- Locate your name. Then, make sure you're only added as an Accountant.

If you're already added as an accountant, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This is because we recently received a report about Accountant Toolbox disappears. Our product team is working diligently, and an open investigation is taking place to resolve the problem.
