Added time to a project, but the "billable" box wasn't enabled by default Invoice was saved and sent by manually adding the billable time to customer How can reconcile?

This will be marked as billable, jleal. 

Once a time entry is added to an invoice, QuickBooks will automatically mark it as billable. 

You can go back to the invoice. Then click on the link icon. This will open a mini window that shows the billable time added. 

Once you have the payments of the invoice cleared from your bank, you can start reconciling your account.
