No, you did great, Irishflea.

Sometimes cache can cause issues when piled up on your browser. Though, it boosts browser's background processes. You can follow these steps to get rid of any cache-related issues:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. Private browsers use but don't store cache.
  2. If you can access save the information of your vehicle successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. You can also use other supported browsers. Each of them uses different cache.

You might also find these articles helpful when tracking mileage in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know how this goes so we can further review the issue.

Well, I have had partial success. All information finally saved, but even after realizing that I couldn’t enter the $0.15 to my vehicle cost, it keeps showing $34,290,015.00. I will try again after giving it some time. 😂 Thank you for the assist.
