Buy nowThe option to click on an email address to access a Collections Report by customer is available in the classic view, @mcrocombe.
If you're using the modern view, you can switch to the classic view and include the Email in the filter so it will appear in the report, allowing you to click on it.
Here's how:
If the option to switch to classic view isn't available on your end, I recommend exporting both the Collections Report and the Customer Contact List report. You can then copy the email addresses of your customers and manually add them to the Collections Report.
Since the modern view doesn't currently have the option to include email addresses in the report, I suggest submitting feedback to request this feature by selecting the Give feedback icon at the top right corner.
If you wish to save your filters on your reports, please refer to this guide: Customize Reports, and proceed to the Save custom reports section.

So what you're saying is the classic view is better. Got it.
@ShangY the solution the Quickbooks team on this community provide for many issues with the new Modern View is simply to switch back to Classic View.
Is the Quickbooks Team relaying this information back to developers that the Modern View removes many vital features for your customers?
