Hello, @michael90.

 

You may have set QuickBooks to automatically apply credits to the next invoice you create for the same customer. Let's review your automation settings.

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Advanced menu.
  4. Locate the Automation section.
  5. Remove the checkmark from the Automatically apply credits option.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Hit Done.
