All of a sudden when I enter a bill in QB under "Bill" then I go to pay it only has "scheduled payments", there is no longer an option for "Print Checks"

If you click the tiny arrow, next to Schedule Payment, then click Mark as Paid, it will give you the option to print a check. (Which is located at the very bottom of the page.
