All receipts show 502 Bad Gateway?

All my scanned receipts are showing as "502 Bad Gateway". Is this an error on the QBO Side? Or am I missing a program to open the PDF?

All receipts show 502 Bad Gateway?

Hi @123bookkeeping.d.

The 502 Bad Gateway is an error that occurs when a browser has a cookie issue. To isolate this, you can use an incognito or private browser.

Private browsing mode prevents cookies and cache files from interrupting the connection with QBO.

Make sure to open a supported browser, then follow the shortcut:

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P

When it works to open the PDF, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. This helps the program to function efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers if private browsing doesn’t work.

Also, we got a website so you can check if we have system maintenance on our end. We continuously monitor system slowdowns in real-time: QuickBooks Monitoring System.

Additionally, you can go to our website: Video Tutorials. This page provides you step-by-step videos to effectively manage your income, expenses, banking, workers, and inventory in the online software.

If you have other concerns, feel free to tag me on your post. Stay safe and healthy, @123bookkeeping.d.
