Am unable to send email invoices via quickbooks. Getting password incorrect message. Have troubleshooted and even a differnent email address, anyone can help?

At this time, it would be best to reach out to our QuickBooks Desktop Support team. An agent will do a screen-share with you and verify this issue further. Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter I can't email invoices, and then click Continue.
  4. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.

I went through that process...typed in "Can't email invoices"...and then hit "message Us" (There was NO "Contact Us"....

 

The chat window opens and does nothing for hours at a time...NO chat/help is ever begun...
