An etsy sale did not post to my quickbook account.

The way QuickBooks downloads transactions depends on your financial institution. 

We can update the connection between your Etsy account and QuickBooks Self-Employed. This brings other missing transactions into the program. 

If you haven't tried it yet, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
2. Simply go to the Gear icon.
3. Click Bank accounts, then select Refresh all.
