An invoice was paid but I don’t know where the money went. How do I find out where the payment went?

I'd recommend contacting our support team to help you figure out where the invoice payment goes. They are the ones who can help you out by checking your account in detail. Here's how:
Log in to your QBSE account.
Go to the Help at the upper-right corner.
Enter a short description of your concern and click Continue.
Select Get a callback.
