Join nowI am trying to set up the budget in the desktop version. I have only worked with the online version. Our budget is not set up month-by-month. We have annual numbers we use (small, non-profit). Is there a way to enter in an annual amount instead of amounts for each month? Also, how do you delete categories in the budget? We really only have 10 main categories with some subcategories. We don't use nearly what is on there when you try to set up a budget. In the online version I could do this quickly but can't seem to figure out the desktop version.

I believe you can just put the entire year's budget into January to solve the monthly issue, and it's then available any time you want to pull an actual against it.
