Anyone else getting invoices saying "undelivered" even though they actually have been delivered?
Our other customers are also experiencing the same issue, Odin Star Industries.
Our engineers have found out that the cause of this issue is the invalid email address. Though the invoice was sent to the primary contact, if you've entered an invalid address in the Bcc line, it will still show as undelivered in QuickBooks.

Click the ? Help icon, and then Contact Us.
Enter Invoice sent shows as undelivered.
Click Let's talk.
Choose how you'll want to contact us either by selecting Message an Agent or Get a callback.
