Anyone else having trouble importing their own invoice style and getting the fields to transfer data

Thanks for reaching out to us, atdmech.

So far we haven’t received reports similar to what you’re experiencing when trying to import Custom Invoice Template with custom fields.

Let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to better isolate this issue. To begin with, let’s use a private browser or incognito window to help us determine whether it’s the browser that’s causing this unexpected product performance.

Check out the following keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you’re still unable to import invoice style, the browser could be holding too much data and we'll need to clear your browser's cache to resolve this.

Let me share a link on how to clear the browser’s cache: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145697.

Otherwise, you can also try using a different browser to be thorough. Changing to a different browser helps refresh your QuickBooks.

Keep me posted on how things go. I'll be around to help  you some more.
