We have a number of parent classes with subclasses setup. I was able to filter P&L reports by the parent class up until today. Now I'm not able to do it. Quickbooks is looking into it, but no results yet. Anyone else experiencing this?
I should clarify that the subclass totals use to roll up to the parent class totals. That's what's not working any more.

If it's working fine, go back to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache to refresh your browsers settings.

Thanks. I’ll give it a try in a browser. I was using the QuickBooks app on my MacBook. I’m pretty sure it’s a QBO issue though as my Fathom reports don’t work now either.

Since you're using the QuickBooks Online App for Mac, you can clear the cache by clicking Reset App Data.
Just click the Help menu and select Reset App Data from the drop-down.
Then, run the report once more and check if you can filter the Profit and Loss report by the parent class.
If the problem persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Please refer to the links below for the steps:

Confirmed with Quickbooks Support that parent class totals was broken with the last software update. For now, if you want to filter by parent class only it won't work. The support representative I spoke with couldn't confirm if this was by design or a bug. No timeline on correcting it if it's a bug.

Resetting the app data helps refresh your QuickBooks Online Application. Since the same thing happened, let's uninstall then reinstalled the app.
