Transactions, including invoices, deleted and created by the System Administration are related to their sources. I'd be glad to share further information about this.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) tags transactions as created by the "System Administration" if these transactions are:
- recurring
- added through bank rules
- automatically applied credits
- added from a third-party app
Also, QBO tags them done by the "System Administration" if you've deleted or undone those invoices from a synced third-party app.
