Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'd be glad to lend a hand with the disappearing icons from the upper-right corner of your account.

 

Let's first make sure you're using a supported browser to ensure there's no problem with the compatibility. If the issue persists, please perform the browser basic troubleshooting to fix it right away.

 

Start with logging into your account using a private browser to determine the icons are still disappearing. If doing so resolved the problem, I suggest you switch back to clear its cache.

 

This process helps clear stored files and start the web application fresh when using QBO. If all fails, please also try using a different one to check if your query is browser-related.
