App closes every time i try to upload a receipt. Any idea what is causing this?

Using the Reset App Data option download updates and apply recent changes to the application. I'd suggest you reset the data in your mobile app so you can get back with your business tasks in QuickBooks.
In the Help menu on the navigation bar at the top, click Reset App Data.
Allow a moment for the process to complete, then close the app.
Right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.
In case you're still experiencing the same issue, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Customer Support team. They will be able to check your account's server and help open a case for this unexpected behavior for further investigation.
