I understand the importance of tracking invoice activity, including its status and whether the customer has viewed it, @feliciar3.
The "sent & viewed" is no longer visible at the bottom of your invoice. Nevertheless, you'll be glad to know that you can still check your invoice activity history in the Sales menu.
To view invoice activity history:
- From the left navigation panel, select Sales.
- Select Invoices, then click the invoice transaction to view activity history.

Meanwhile, if you want the activity history displayed at the bottom of the invoices you may send feedback to our product development team. Our product development team will review your suggestion and may consider adding it in future updates.
To submit your suggestion:
- Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
- Type in your product suggestions.
- Select Next to submit.
Moreover, if you have an estimate you can convert it to invoices. This feature will allow you to save time by not having to manually enter the information twice. You'll also be able to set up and send progress invoicing. This lets you split an estimate into as many invoices as you want.
