Greetings, @info85!

It'll be my pleasure to help you remove the member's account from your list and get you right through it.

First off, if you are trying to remove the member's account from the member's list, you can make the profile inactive. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Members.
  3. Locate and click the member's account name.
  4. Click the Edit button.
  5. Select the Make inactive option.
  6. Choose Yes to complete the process.

Secondly, if you're an accountant and trying to remove a wholesale member's account from your accounts list, you'll have to select the Transfer Billing option from the batch actions drop-down menu.

I've attached an article you can read to learn more about removing a member's account: Add or Remove Members/Clients from your Wholesale Billing Account.

Let me know how it works. I'll be just a post away if you need a hand.

If I make a member inactive, can I go back and make them active again?

Thank you for joining the thread, @megank.

Yes, you can reactivate a member once you've deactivated them. Let's go to the Sales Center and reactivate your member's profile.

First, let’s make your inactive member appear on the member list. Here’s how:

  1. On the left panel, hover your mouse on Sales, and choose Members.
  2. Click on the Gear icon on the list.
  3. Tick the Include inactive checkbox.

Once done, you can now reactivate your member. Please follow these steps:

  1. From the member list, select the inactive member.
  2. Click on Make Active.

Let me know if you have any other concerns. I’ll be delighted to help you.
