As of (11-26) when I insert my logo into invoice template, the size of the logo has shrunk to less than half the size it was. anyone else experiencing this issue?

I want to make sure you're able to insert the full size of your invoices logo.

 

When uploading a logo for your invoices, there are requirements you should meet to avoid display issues. Be sure to check the following:

  • The logo is a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • File size is smaller than 1MB
  • The shape of the logo is square (Note: Rectangles don't work)

Once you're done verifying and still getting the same issue, let's go through some basic troubleshooting steps starting with opening a private browser. This helps us determine if the error is caused by the browser cache or not.

 

Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.
