As of March 8, 2020, there is no SAVE button for expenses, or invoices. What do I do?
I can help you bring back the Save button back, theta-innovation.
I just reviewed our list of reported issues and didn't see any similar ones. It's possible that our regular browser's cache piled up that causes the unusual behavior within QuickBooks. We can clear that out to refresh so we can now see the buttons and features.
Let's log in to QuickBooks through a private browser, and then we can create and invoice to see if the Save button now appears. Private window or browsers doesn't save any cache files or any browsing history.
If we're able to see Save button as expected, we can switch back to the main browser and remove cache files.
Other ways to get rid of any unexpected behavior is accessing QuickBooks to another browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Enter your concern something like Unable to see the Save button for both expenses and invoices.

In the meantime, we can use the Save and close button to save the transaction.
