I'm using QuickBooks Desktop Mac 2020, but when I click on Help, I don't see Contact Us. I ran a backup which created a file with .dmg extension. How can I get Tech Support's help to convert it to a Windows compatible file?
You have to do a round-tripping, not create a backup file.
Your accountant has to using QBD 2020 to open the file later.

The backup file created in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac is in a .DMG file format. This cannot be restored directly to QuickBooks Desktop. You can ask your accountant to do the following once they receive the file:
