Buy nowWhen a company is set to a 'non profit' the P&L and Balance sheet are not displayed in the report section. Is there a way to set them up, or import them? Are these reports listed under another name?
Hello, @SanzBoys.
I'd be glad to provide some information so you're able to get your non profit company reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Your company has a different name on the report. The P&L report for non-profit company is name as the Statement of Activity while the Balance Sheet show as Statemen of Financial Position.
Here's a sample screenshot for you:

I have my client company settings set to Non Profit form 990 however their reports are still titled Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet,
Thanks for joining this conversation, StrykerIntegreity.
I'm here to help ensure your client has the correct report names in their QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If your client's company is set to Nonprofit organization (Form 990) in the settings, those reports should have different names. The Profit and Loss should be renamed as the Statement of Activity, and the Balance Sheet should be referred to as the Statement of Financial Position.
To isolate this, sign in to your client's account using a private browser (incognito). There are when the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses.
Here's how:
Once logged in, go back to the Reports menu at the left pane to double-check.
If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
I'm also adding these articles that tackle managing and setting up non-profits in QBO for future reference:
Please let me know if you have additional questions about this or anything else. I'm more than willing to assist. Take care.
Unfortunately this did not work the reports names are still Profit & Loss etc. I have tried logging in using another browser (MS Edge) and still has not made a difference.

I'm also including this article to learn how to save reports so you can access them easily in the future: Memorize Reports in QBO.
