Don't bother making commitments to clients that depend on using the QB online software.  I have been working all night on QB on-line.  Stopped at 5:00 AM for a break.  Came back and system is DOWN, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD AT 5 IN THE MORNING.  If you're going to take the system down, for God sakes, give us a heads-up!!!!

No reason for this.  You should know better but then again that assumes you care.

We'd like to help you with this issue. Did you receive an error? If yes, you can also share it here so that we can verify it in our system and provide resolution.

 

For now, if you'll bump with the same issue in the future, I'd suggest using an incognito browser. If it works, you can go back to the regular browser and clear its cache. This troubleshooting step will help you identify if this is caused by the outdated data saved in your browser. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.

 

Here are the shortcut keys to access private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Hold down + Option +
