One possible reason when an option is not responding is due to browser issues. Let's do troubleshooting to fix it and activate your vendors.
We can start by opening your company in an incognito or private browser. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Then, go back to the Vendors page and click the Include inactive box from the Gear icon.
If you still can't check the box, then let's try clearing your browser's cache. This helps resolved any browser-related issues.
Once done, close and open the browser, then go back and try to check the include inactive box.
