Bill does not show up for Bill Pay

I've got some additional steps for you to try. We can filter the expense or run the Unpaid Bills report. This helps us find the bill and make the payments.

To filter the expenses to show the bills, here's how:

1. Go to Expenses on the left panel.
2. Select the Expenses tab and click the Filter drop-down list.
3. Choose Bill from the Type, and the Status.
4. Select the Date and Payee.
5. Hit the Apply button.

If you see the bill, click the Pay bill online link under the Action column.

For running the Unpaid Bill report, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
2. Type Unpaid Bills in the search field.
3. Choose the Report period and click Run report.

Once you see the bill, click the transaction and click the Make payment button located in the upper right.
