Switching from Schedule Payment Online to Pay bills is unavailable on QuickBooks Online. To turn off the feature and for you to pay your bills manually, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team.
Go to the Help menu.
Click Contact us at the bottom of the page.
Enter a brief description of your concern in the box then click Let's talk.
Choose Get a callback.
Fill in the necessary information to process your request call.
As of the moment, you can select the arrow next to the Schedule Payment and choose Mark as Paid. The Make payment option has been modified to Mark as paid. You can click the Mark as paid option when making a bill payment.
