Are you referring to QuickBooks Online? If so, you can check the charges and identify them from your bank statement. Though I would recommend contacting our specialist to assist you further with this. They can also check it in a private environment.

 

Here are the steps to contact them:

 

  1. Click the Help icon at the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us at the bottom part of the pop-up window. You'll see a box that lets you enter about your concern, let's say billing information.
  3. Then, click Let's Talk

 

Also, you've mentioned self-employed online service. I am not sure if you're referring to QuickBooks Self-employed.  Same with the QBO,  it is advisable to contact our specialist on this matter.
