Can a mailing list be generated from my customer list?

Yes, you can, @nepw2014.


You'll want to go to the Gear icon and select Import data. From there, you'll be able to import the mailing list to your customer list. Let me guide you how.


Before doing so, ensure that the mailing list is either in an Excel or CSV format.


Here's how to import the list in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Import Data.
  3. Select Customer
  4. Click Browse and find the Excel file.
  5. Select Open, then Next to continue.
  6. Map your data and click Next.
  7. Adjust your data if needed then click Next to start the process.
