Can any of you add a debit card to use for bill pay?

Thanks for dropping by the Community, @dee-livingawisel. I'll be sharing some information on how online bill pay in QuickBooks Online (QBO) works.

Online Bill Pay you can pay your bills directly and hassle-free from QuickBooks Online using Online Bill Pay (powered by Bill.com).

To answer your question, the option to add a debit card for the Online Bill Pay feature is unavailable. The said feature currently supports ACH (bank transfers) or paper check transactions.

You can open a separate Melio account for free to integrate with your QBO and utilize it to pay your bills with debit cards, except pre-paid debit cards.
