Can anyone batch email invoices? I used to be able to do this.

I used to be able to batch send invoices from QBOE (and before that with Quickbooks Desktop). Not anymore. I can batch create invoices, but I have to independently send each invoice. Not  problem when you're sending 10 invoices. A PITA when you're sending 100s every few weeks like me.

This feature was crushed about 2 years ago and I don't see any signs of it returning.

Does anyone know a work around? Please don't post about th einvoice plus feature, which doesn't really help me.

Let share some clarifications about the batch email feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

In QuickBooks Online Essentials, you have the option to send batch invoices from your Invoices tab. I'd be happy to walk you through the steps below:

  1. Go to Sales from the left menu.
  2. Click Invoices tab.
  3. Check the boxes before the invoice transactions you want to send in batch.
  4. From the Batch actions drop-down, click Send invoices.

 

And you're good. However, if you're not seeing this option, you can try performing some basic troubleshooting steps. As an initial step, let's use a private browser or incognito. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data files to load a webpage.

 

The steps vary per browser used:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, I suggest going back to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Otherwise, you can use other supported browser.
