Can anyone tell me why Quickbooks is not sending the invoice I sent to my customer's email like it should normally be doing?

It's been more than an hour, why won't Quickbooks send the invoice I sent to my customer's email for payment? I did a bcc to myself and that email has not come through showing the invoice yet either.

There are times that your browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources that cause QuickBooks Online (QBO) to act unusual behavior. 

 

You can log in to your QBO account using a private browser to rule out cache-related issues.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If it works, clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process of the QBO website and for the system to start fresh. 

 

You can also try switching to a different browser. Once done, you can go ahead and try sending the invoice.
