Can anyone tell me why the estimates I am doing on my phone in the field are not showing on my computer when I open QBO in the office?

I have some troubleshooting steps to share so you can get past this hurdle and be able to see all your transaction in QuickBooks Online on the web.

 

If transactions are not syncing from the QBO Mobile App to the QBO Online on the web., I recommend uninstalling the Mobile app then reinstall it.

 

If you're still having the same issue, I'd suggest you may access your QuickBooks Online on the web account on a private window. 

 

At times, the collected cache files on your browser may lead to unexpected behavior like the one that you've experienced upon utilizing the program.

 

If transactions are now syncing, you may go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This removes the unnecessary file on your account and reloads your data.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Most of the time, you only need to clear your browser's cache. But if you keep having the same problem even after doing that, you can clear Intuit-specific cookies. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use QuickBooks.
