We’re unable to add a custom field to Product/Services, @Kaci. I’ll share some insight about how this works in QuickBooks Online.
If you have an Advanced subscription, you can add custom fields to your sales forms, purchase orders, expense forms, customer profiles, and vendor profiles. Since this is currently unavailable for Product/services, you can add the color and size under the Description column of your invoice or sales receipts.
Additionally, I understand the importance of adding a custom field to your products/services. That’s also great idea to be included in the future updates! I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. They will evaluate these and include it depending to the numbers of requests.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under the Profile column, click on Feedback.
- Share your feedback. Then, click Next.
