Hi,
You can manually add customer names to credit card deposits by recording the transaction in QuickBooks.
Go to Sales -> Customers and create a new invoice for the customer.
Match the amount of the deposit to the invoice. Then, go to Banking -> Make Deposits, select the customer payment, and link it to the deposit.
This will ensure the deposit is linked to the correct customer and matched with the invoice.
