Can i change my email and contact information that shows on my invoices for my business. I am using Quickbooks self-employed

You can change the information from the Invoice itself or when creating an invoice in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account, then click on Invoices at the left pane.
  2. Tap on Create Invoice.
  3. On the Invoice page, click on Edit work info, then update the information under the Your work info window.
  4. Click on the Save button to record the changes.

 

Please know that the changes will only apply to the invoices you'll be creating moving forward. In case you need to update the details for the past invoices, you need to open them manually and follow the steps provided above to update the information.
