To ensure your logo maintains clarity when printed larger, I recommend using a high-resolution format for your logo. By doing so, even though the logo is printed larger, its clarity will still be maintained.
In addition, when uploading the logo, let's ensure that the logo you're attempting to attach meets the requirements so that you can change it.
Here are the specific logo requirements:
- It's in supported format, like .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
- Its file size is smaller than 10 MB.
- It has a bit depth (or color depth) of 24 bits or less.
- Its shape is square. Rectangles don't work.
- It uses the standard RGB color space (RGB).
- Convert to an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) if your logo is CMKY-formatted.
