Can I convert and invoice back to estimate?

Hello @jcstew72, thank you for joining our Community Support page.

I'd be happy to assist you with information about converting an Invoice back into an Estimate. You can follow the suggestion above. While it's possible to manually recreate the estimate, changing it back isn't currently available at this time. I do recommend you submit feedback to our Product Developers who determine features to be added in the future updates based on requests from customers like you.

I'll show you how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and click Feedback.
  2. Input your information on what you would like to see changed or improved on.
  3. Now, select Skip and send message.
  4. Choose Category, then Send Message.

The blog and newsletter are awesome ways to stay in the loop when it comes to updates.

You can delete an invoice created from an estimate if it is no longer valid, and you can copy an estimate.
