The option to add the company logo is only applicable on Invoices, Estimates and Sales receipts. At this time, there isn’t a way to customize or modify the employee’s paystub layout.
I understand the importance of this feature in your business. For sure some customers would also want to change how their paystubs look like. Rest assured, I'll personally forward this feedback to our product developers. This way, it might be given a chance to be added to our next product updates.
