Can I import a collections letter and then from the Sales/Invoices List select customers with a batch action to print out and mail the collections letter to?

Good to see you here in the QuickBooks Community. Allow me to provide some information about a collection letter.  

Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have an option to import a collection letter and print/mail it using the customer's batch icon. I can see how this feature would be beneficial to your business, I encourage you to send feedback directly to our Product Developer for future updates.  

Here's how you can send feedback:

1. Click the Gear Icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Click Next and choose Feedback under Category option.
4. Select Save.
